We have a multi skilled team of employees who specialise in joinery, plastering, painting & decorating, bricklaying, tiling, plumbing, heating, drainage works, dry lining, ground works, electrical installation and demolition work. We possess extensive experience, knowledge and have the ability to bring in skilled specialists to assist in the execution of projects. We provide competitive prices and high levels of workmanship to ensure compliance with all parts of the Building Regulations and British Standards.
Time
We work under traditional single stage tender, negotiated tender, design & build, cost plus and partnering contracts. In addition to the larger projects, Soloman Charles carries out minor works and small projects.
The work is nearly always in existing premises, and our team of experienced staff are used to working in environments where life must go on. We will always liaise with customers to keep noise, disruption and disturbance to a minimum, working out-of-hours where necessary.
